Maintenance

Yes! We are committed to exceptional service. We have professional on-site maintenance during normal business hours & after hours emergency services.

We are here to help! Maintenance requests can be made by contacting the office via phone or email, through the resident portal on our website, or through our mobile app.

Amenities

Our resort style pool is open May through October from 9 am to 9 pm.

Yes, parking is available on-site for our visitors and residents. Open spaces are free and garages are available throughout the community for $80-$100 per month.

We are proud to call Central Park pet friendly! Costs include a $200 pet fee and $35 monthly pet rent

We do not have furnished apartments at Central Park but would be more than happy to help you find accommodations with our partner Cort Furniture.

Yes! We offer 3 to 15 month leases. Once your initial lease comes up for renewal, we offer 1 to 15 month leases.

Central Park encourages active lifestyles. Our gym includes treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, medicine balls, pelotons bike, bicep curl machine, tricep curl machine, yoga mats, chest press, back rower and leg extension.

We accept both! In order to best accommodate and prepare for your personalized tour, an appointment is recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome.

We strive to process all applications in a timely manner. To help us be as efficient as possible, please submit all required documents at the time of your application. Our team works to process all applications within 48 hours.

We accept personal checks, ACH, certified checks or credit cards (additional fees may apply).

$100,000 liability coverage is required. We offer a liability program through Renter's Legal Liability, LLC for $12 per month.

Future residents will receive a welcome packet from our team to help you set up utilities.

Central Park offers Spectrum or AT&T. Please contact our Leasing Office for additional information.

Location

Central Park is located right of US-23 and I-270. We are near shopping, dining, parks, and entertainment. Our local favorites include Polaris mall, Crosswoods and Downtown Worthington.

Students living at Central Park can attend Worthington City Schools. Please visit https://www.worthington.k12.oh.us/ for more information.

Central Park is just minutes from shopping, dining, grocery stores, parks and entertainment. Some local favorites include Kroger, Giant Eagle, Polaris Mall and Fresh Tyme.

Leasing

To uphold Fair Housing policies, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants which includes a credit check, background check, residential verification, and employment verification. Combined income for the apartment must also reach at least 3x total rent.

Yes! We allow guarantors for guests needing assistance with income qualification only. The guarantor must show their income totals no less than 5x the monthly rental rate (gross). Primary applicant must pass credit screening and be conditional approved. Application fees apply.

We make touring easy with our online tour scheduler, offering in-person, virtual and self-guided tours. Please be prepared to show a government issued photo ID to tour our community.
